“Adrift,” tells the story and pays tribute to the journey of enslaved African American ancestors to America and the hardships they faced along their unpleasant voyage and once they hit American soil. Along the way, they experienced evil and inhumane events that transpired for many years. With their resilience, determination, and hope, they overcome and that spirit still exists in our hearts and souls today.
